Offer and pricing
Why is the design free?
Our model is a monthly subscription rather than upfront fees. Development is paid for over the long term. You pay nothing before launch.
What does the $20 CAD per month cover?
Design, development, hosting, bug fixes and minor updates.
Is there a minimum term?
No. The subscription is monthly and can be cancelled at any time, with no fees.
What other costs should I plan for?
The domain name (roughly $15 to $30 CAD per year), store developer accounts if you publish an app, and any paid third-party service you choose to use.
Projects and timelines
What kinds of projects do you take on?
Mobile apps, web applications and custom software: booking, internal tools, online stores, customer portals. If your project falls outside that scope, we will tell you on the first call.
How long does a project take?
Two to four weeks for a simple application, six to ten weeks for a larger project. The schedule is set during scoping.
Do you work with clients outside New Brunswick?
Yes. We work remotely with clients across Canada.
Code, data and ownership
Who owns the source code and the data?
You do. The source code and the data are handed over on request, at no cost, in standard formats.
Can I host the application somewhere else?
Yes. Your application is tied to no vendor and no exclusive platform.
Do you sell or share data?
No. No data is ever sold, shared or used for advertising.
Support and follow-up
What happens if I cancel the subscription?
The subscription ends with the current month. You keep the code and the data, and hosting can be transferred or taken over by you.
How do we get support?
